A (previously scheduled) Christmas present from Aunt Tiffany… was in the middle of March. 1 week after Nana's (not previously scheduled) 2nd hip surgery.
Seriously… that thing is just cool…
We have seen several different versions of Peter and The Wolf. Musical versions included. But of course, nothing live… and nothing with a symphony and ballet.
My girls are very well behaved so I wasn’t at all worried about taking them to something like this.
I did wonder how well it would keep their attention though.
Ali was thrilled… music and dancing? She would have moved in and lived there.
Sadi thought it was cool but she definitely doesn’t appreciate the music and dance (unless of course it’s MJ) nearly as much as Ali.
Ali loved the duck… lol
It was definitely interesting. We have done musicals before. The Seussical…. was just amazing. This was a bit more classical than that. The conductor made my shoulder hurt. lol
Very cool building…
I'm sure ya'all probably figured out that the shirts are a result of Tiffany as well?
Papa came down and said "Oh look, they are wearing their Vienna shirts, we should get a picture for Tiffany."
It's not like I think of these things or anything. lol
And of course that awesome creation there…
The long walk back…
I really, really do NOT like parking garages with a 7 foot clearance in the truck. Not even a tiny bit. I have this fear I'm going to hit a bump… hit the roof. And this parking garage HAD bumps. Eek. We celebrated when they moved the lab out of the hospital, we didn’t have to walk around the building to avoid parking in the parking garage!
